The M-Power Spray Foam System for contractors is an ultra portable low pressure machine that weighs 240 pounds and fits through any door. Tackle tight spaces and multi-story jobs with ease as there’s no need to hook to a rig and no need for a transfer pump. Our proprietary air injection system creates turbulence with less air than any of our competitors, and as a result, the machine can run off a smaller compressor.
Choose your capacity based on the job. Spray from a 55 or 15 gallon bucket, or the pail of your choice. With a variable rate capability, you can operate at different viscosities and still maintain a proper 1 to 1 ratio. Simply, our commercial spray foam insulation kit allows flexibility to meet the needs of your job.
The M-Power’s self cleaning spray foam gun uses pressurized acetone to clean passageways and have you ready for your next job. Even better, our components are easy to repair and use generic sources to keep your expenses low and your downtime minimal.
We believe in M-Power and stand by our product. When you purchase your rig you’ll receive hands-on training in the field as well as access to maintenance and trouble-shooting questions. All Rigs come with a 1 year warranty.

Frank Fletcher needed the ability to spray both polyurea coatings and injection foam in his business. Previous to purchasing the M-Power Spray System, Frank was using a handheld cartridge gun which could apply the product well but was time consuming, especially on large volumes.
With the M-Power system and the ability to precisely fine-tune in ratios, he found he could flow a lot more material. Setup was simple and once the ratios were dialed in, the heat stayed constant producing a consistent product. The self-cleaning feature of the gun was a real time and cost saver as he didn’t have to constantly change the tip.
“The customer service is great. Tom really knows the machine and is always ready and able to quickly respond to questions and provide solutions.” —Frank Fletcher
